Sheet Metal Folding

Yellowpatter has invested heavily in sheet metal bending and folding. Current equipment includes six AMADA 7-axis press brakes with a capacity up to 3 metres and 130 tonnes, plus the Salvagnini PERformER.

The Salvagnini PERformER is a super-compact panel bending machine. With it Yellowpatter took the next step in providing customers with the flexibility of automated forming. This machine is ideally suited for Yellowpatter as it offers the ability to store programmes on the machine's computer. This in turn allows the operator to reset a machine in a maximum of 5 minutes. The machine's tooling blades are used on all lengths and thicknesses of material so yet again down-time is minimal.
